Flavometrix Limited

Flavometrix was originally set up by Professor Andy Taylor as a spin out company from the University of Nottingham with the aim of solving commercial flavour issues using a blend of novel and conventional chemical analyses, coupled with sensory analysis. From 2002 to 2014 it worked with large and small companies in Europe, Japan and North America to investigate flavour problems using the knowledge gained from fundamental academic research as well as its bespoke laboratory facilities.

With experience of both academic and commercial flavour research, Flavometrix now offers consultancy to companies, and mentoring of individuals, to choose the right path to address specific flavour issues. The website is currently undergoing change as we move to the next stage where we hope to offer analytical services once again through collaboration with a new partner.
